WHAT PEOPLE SAY
I’m from Montana ~ a place they call “ Middle of Nowhere “ because that’s where we’re at. My husband's family lives in the Dayton area and so every time we come to visit I make sure I stop at the Antique Village, I love , love, love it! If you can’t tell. I have bought lots of stuff from here for Xmas presents to birthdays to just gifts, and plan on stopping when we go over in November. I recommend to visit the whole store ~ The people that work there are always so friendly!
I love Antiques!!! It’s a wonderful place to either buy or just look around.
Every 10 to 20 steps or so you're in a different antique wonderland. Be prepared to be mesmerized by the variations and selection. Places of note: to the left first aisle is a row of artwork - very affordable and something for everyone. To the back right is a home reclamation area - very cool. This place can be busy and you can be surprised by the amount of product turnover. There is always something new to see. If you find your gem you better buy it! Make sure to bring time and money. I have spent HOURS upon HOURS wandering around.I go for the man cave items and this place never disappoints.
My friend and I spent 4 hours here on Sunday and another 3 hours on Monday looking at the various stuff. The store is set up well, is brightly lit, and very clean. Each booth is well-maintained and clean. Some stuff is antique, some is from the 60's to today. There was a lot of Cincinnati Reds memorabilia (Cincy is an hour away), lots of books for reasonable prices, and fun to walk around. Every booth is numbered according to the "street" it is on, which makes it easy to revisit. The people who work here are fantastic! They are friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. They make you feel like you are a valued guest. We had a great time, here.
